Choker uit een zilver houdende legering, soort ambtsketting, met in het midden een soort medaille voorzien van een munt met de tekst: Maria Mater dei patrona HVNG 1835, en aan de achterzijde:Franc I D G Avstimp-HNG BLVG Lil RE?. Voorzien van een rand met rode stenen. Aan de medaille hangt een hart en een kruis voorzien van rode stenen en graveerwerk. breedte 8,5cm. lengte 32 cm. Lint om om te doen ontbreekt. In goede staat.
